This set of Guidelines on Flexible Work Schedules is issued in December 2004 by the Tripartite Workgroup with members from Singapore Business Federation (SBF), Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
