WSQ - Employability Skills Systems (ESS) Courses

The (ESS) courses are specially developed to equip our workforce with skills that will enable YOU to better adapt to new job demands, work challenges and the changing work environment.

Empower yourself with the newest Workforce Qualifications by WDA. This National Certification is recognised by Government Agencies, Government-Linked Companies, MNCs and SMEs.

If your employer does not want to sponsor you, don't worry! YOU can upgrade yourself through the NTUC Surrogate Employer Programme.

Fees start from $23 per person, with NTUC N-ETF Training Awards starting at $25 per course for those below 40 years of age and $50 for those above 40 years of age.

In addition, low waged workers working in SMEs*, will also get to qualify for training allowances of up to $80 per ESS Course (subject to Terms & Conditions).
