RTRC Asia specializes in early childhood care and education programmes for individuals passionate about nurturing and inspiring young children.
We offer a full range of training programmes from Certificate to Masters level, of which the Diploma, Degree and Masters Programmes are accredited by foreign universities such as Wheelock College, Boston, USA and the University of South Australia. RTRC Asia also offers a full-time diploma programme in collaboration with Ngee Ann Polytechnic and works collaboratively with partners like the PAP Community Foundation to offer customized training programmes for their teachers and staff.
RTRC Asia’s reputation as a leader in the training and development of early childhood professionals has been well established through our local programmes and regional consultation services over the years. Our expertise in providing early childhood care and education programmes and consultation services also extend to various international organizations such as UNICEF and PLAN International. For more than 10 years, RTRC Asia has conducted customized training programmes for early childhood educators from ASEAN and Asia Pacific regions, under the auspices of the Singapore Cooperation Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UNICEF.
All our Certificate and Diploma courses are subsidized under SDF and NTUC-SEP funding. The funding details are as follow:-

Training Allowance
A training allowance will be given at S$5 per hour, based on the number of course hours attended. In order to be eligible for the training allowance, members have to meet all of the additional following criteria, on top of the existing NTUC-SEP criteria:
- Earn monthly gross salary of S$1,200 & below or monthly basic salary of S$1,000 & below or hourly basic salary of S$5.70 & below
- Work in a Small & Medium Enterprise, SME (company with not more than 200 staff)
- Have at least 3 months of continuous paid-up union membership prior to course start date
The enhancements will be applicable to all NTUC-SEP supported courses. Members can apply for the training allowance via the NTUC-SEP application form directly.
