Course objectives
Certificate I in Hospitality Asian Cookery (with electives)
Serves as a foundation course for students wanting to explore a career in Asian Cookery. Students will gain awareness and understanding of the hospitality industry. They will also develop the skills & knowledge required at the trade cookery level. This course also prepares them to work as a team leader in cooking operations and will generate the pathway for them to gain employment as an Asian cook.
